Deep Body Guide | Arts Educator | Event Producer | Performer
Welcome!
I am Indigo Jackson—an Artist, Producer, Educator, and Deep Body Guide. My work centers creative movement and embodied self-expression, supporting individuals and communities in reconnecting with their bodies, voices, innate creative intelligence, and connection with wild nature. Through one-on-one guidance, group journeys, youth programs, and immersive experiences, I create spaces where people can feel more at home in themselves, connected with others, and available for meaningful expression and transformation.
Who I Am
I am, by nature, multi-disciplinary. Professionally, an octopus — many arms, many forms, all reaching toward creation, connection, and transformation.

Foundation & Motivations
THE ART OF TRANSFORMATION
Transformation lives at the center of my work.
What elements and conditions allow people and communities to grow, evolve, and discover new possibilities?
In performance, this shows up as the process of stepping into a character and letting that role shape me.
In event production, it means designing environments that shift the energy of a space and invite people to experience it differently.
As a teacher and facilitator, it’s about creating moments that encourage self-reflection, authentic expression, and meaningful connection.
For me, transformation is not simply an outcome — it’s a creative process and an art form in itself.
And it is from this fascination that Brave: A Deep Body Journey was born — an offering that invites participants to discover new layers of expression, connection, and belonging to and through their bodies.
